Draw ellipses and rectangles

You can draw ellipses (or circles) and rectangles in a diagram.

  1. From Gliffy toolbar, select the Ellipse Tool circle icon or the Rectangle Tool square/rectangle icon.

  2. Draw your shape anywhere on the canvas with a click-drag-release.

  3. To change the shape's formatting, select the shape and then the properties black square symbol button (see Format shapes).

    To select a shape, from the toolbar, select the pointer icon arrowhead icon.
