Configuring Gliffy on Confluence Cloud
Users with Confluence admin rights can configure various features and settings in Gliffy.
-
Log in with your Confluence admin credentials.
-
Select Confluence Administration.
-
Select Atlassian Marketplace.
-
Select Gliffy Configuration.
You can enable or disable:
Setting | Description |
---|---|
HTML5 viewer | HTML5 viewer can be resource intensive. You can select Disabled to show a static PNG image of the diagram in the page, instead of an interactive diagram. This helps reduce the load on browser by displaying a lower resolution image. |
Viewer toolbar | Select Disabled to hide the toolbar menu when you hover over a diagram in a Confluence page. |
Diagram embed links | You can choose to disable Gliffy embedded links, if required. |
Real-time collaboration |
You can collaborate with your team members that are online and are viewing the same diagram as you, at the same time. Collaborators can edit diagrams simultaneously. You can display collaborators’ mouse cursors to see who is viewing or editing various parts of the diagram in real time. |
Generate Diagrams With AI | You can create Gliffy diagrams using AI. Enter a diagram description and an editable Mermaid diagram is generated. |
