Edit an existing diagram

You can edit an existing diagram while viewing and while editing a Confluence page.

1. While viewing a page in Confluence, hover over the diagram, and select Edit Diagram.

2. While editing a page in Confluence, hover over the diagram, and select Edit Diagram.
Or, select Gliffy Diagram in the top left corner of the diagram box. The Configure Gliffy Diagram menu appears below the diagram. Select Edit.

The diagram opens in the Gliffy editor.

You can edit your diagram by manually adjusting its characteristics in the editor, or using the Mermaid code.

Edit an AI-generated diagram

The Gliffy Diagram agent creates diagrams using Mermaid syntax. Because these diagrams are code-based, they use Mermaid editing workflow rather than standard diagram-editing workflow.
