Embedding diagrams in external applications

You can embed your Gliffy diagram into other applications, such as JIRA, Confluence, HipChat, Trello, and Slack using a custom hyperlink to your diagram, if this features was not disabled by your Confluence administrator. Once embedded, people will see an image of the latest published version of your diagram. Any changes your make to your diagram are reflected in the application. You can deactivate the link if you no longer want the diagram to be visible. In addition, administrators can control which links are shared, ensuring that sensitive data is safe (see Viewing and managing embed links).

1. While viewing a page in Confluence, hover your cursor over the Gliffy diagram, and, in the toolbar that appears above the diagram, click the Embed </> icon button.

3. Select a compatible service from the list and click Copy to copy a generated link.

2. Paste the link into your external destination.

3. To disable, click Deactivate all Embed Links.
