Locating your Support Entitlement Number (SEN)

If you ever need to contact Gliffy support, you will need your Support Entitlement Number (SEN) or Entitlement Number. You can locate the number in the Gliffy editor. Click Help and locate the Customer ID.

Note: If the Customer ID field shows "not available", users with Confluence Admin rights can go to Manage Apps and expand the Gliffy app to retrieve the Entitlement number.

In all versions of Gliffy, users with Confluence admin rights can locate the SEN or the Entitlement Number in the Gliffy plugin administration (see Configuring Gliffy).
