Generating console logs
When you contact Gliffy support (see Contacting support), we may request that you send us your web browser's console log to help with troubleshooting. This log often contains important information about errors in your web browser, which help us identify the root cause of the issue you are experiencing.
We may also request network logs. For more information about those, see Generating network logs (HAR files).
Click your web browser below and follow the steps to generate this log and then send it to us.

In your web browser, open the Gliffy diagram that is causing the issue.

On your keyboard, press F12 to open your web browser's console.

At the top of the pane that opens, click the Console tab.

On your keyboard, press F5 to refresh the page and to start capturing the console log for the web page.

In Gliffy, perform the steps that trigger the issue or performance problem.

In the console log, select (click and drag) and copy (Ctrl+C) all of the red error text.
Do not take a screenshot. You must copy and paste the text of the errors. -
Paste (Ctrl+V) the error text in a plain text editor, such as Notepad or Notepad++.

Attach the error to the email you send to Gliffy support.

In your web browser, open the Gliffy diagram that is causing the issue.

From the Safari menu, click Develop > Show Web Inspector.
If you don't see the Develop menu, choose Safari > Preferences > Advanced, and then, select Show Show Develop menu in menubar to add it to your Safari Menu Bar. -
In the Web Inspector, click the Console tab.

On your keyboard, press Command+R to refresh the page and to start capturing the console log for the web page

In Gliffy, perform the steps that trigger the issue or performance problem.

In the Web Inspector, select (click and drag) and copy (Command+C) all of the red error text.

Paste (Command+V) the error text in a plain text editor, such as Notepad or Notepad++.

Attach the error to the email you send to Gliffy support.
