Locating your version and Support Entitlement Number (SEN)
If you ever need to contact Gliffy support, you will need your Support Entitlement Number (SEN) / Customer ID. Administrators can locate the number in the settings.
1. From the JIRA Administration menu , click Manage Apps.
2. Log in with your JIRA credentials.
3. Expand Gliffy Diagrams for JIRA and locate the Licence SEN field.
