Free student accounts

Gliffy is pleased to offer active students a free, fully functional Professional (single user) Gliffy Online account for a period of four years. To qualify, your email must contain an .edu or .ac marker in the domain or sub-domain.

Note:  Free student accounts receive support through help.gliffy.com. Email support is limited to Gliffy Free (14-day) Trial and paid accounts.

To obtain a free student account with Gliffy, use the following steps:

1. Sign up for a Gliffy free trial using your school email address that contains either the .edu or .ac marker in the domain or sub-domain.

2. Once you have signed up, wait for the email verification email (if you do not see the email in your inbox, check your email's Spam or Junk folder). Verify your account using the link in the verification email and your account will immediately transition into a student account. You can verify that your account was converted to the 4-year free student account by viewing the counter in the top right of your Gliffy screen where you will see how many days you have until the trial expires. The day the account is converted to a student account, the counter will show 1461 days.

Note:  Students from International Schools that do not have the .edu or .ac marker in their school email address should still follow the steps above. Once you have verified your account, email sales@gliffy.com to request an International School exception. The email to Sales should be from the school email address you used to create the account.
