Finding Gliffy diagrams on Confluence Data Center

You can use the global search in Confluence to search for Gliffy diagrams. Gliffy diagrams will appear in the search results, along with pages and other content. You'll see a thumbnail of the diagram and a link to the attachments page where that diagram was created. You can narrow any Confluence search to find only Gliffy diagrams by using the Confluence search syntax.

Every Gliffy diagram is tagged with com.gliffy.core.integration.confluence.isGliffyDoc. To search for only this index field, you must set this field to true by entering the following text in the search field:

com.gliffy.core.integration.confluence.isGliffyDoc:true

To search for diagrams containing a particular keyword, just add it to your search parameters. For example, if you want to search for a Gliffy diagram containing the word “peanut,” enter the following text in the global search:

com.gliffy.core.integration.confluence.isGliffyDoc:true peanut

A user with Confluence Administration rights can get a list of all Gliffy Diagrams by going to Administration > General Configuration > Gliffy Plugin > All Gliffy Diagram.

Finding Gliffy diagrams on Confluence Cloud

A user with Confluence Administration rights can get a complete list of Gliffy diagrams by going to Confluence Administration > Atlassian Marketplace > Gliffy Configuration > Click the List All Gliffy Diagrams link.

Use the Confluence Advanced Search option with the Type field set to Gliffy Diagram to get a list of all diagrams or use this setting in the type field along with the name of a diagram you want to find to narrow the results. Also see Viewing all diagrams in a Confluence space.
