Using the document manager
You can manage documents saved in Gliffy using the document manager.
Tip: Clicking My Documents > Google Drive opens Drive, where you can manage your diagrams there using the Drive document features.
1. In the top-right corner of Gliffy, click My Documents > Gliffy.
A new window opens and all of your diagrams are listed along with a small thumbnail image. For each diagram, you can see who created it, when it was last edited, and by who.
On the left side, you see the following folders:
Recent Diagrams: The last 10 diagrams you opened
Starred Diagrams: Diagrams in your account for which you selected the start symbol to mark them as a favourite.
Shared Diagrams: Diagrams that were shared with you via the sharing feature (see Sharing diagrams)
Your Account Diagrams: All diagrams to which you have access to in your Gliffy account.
2. Click the arrow to the left of a folder to expand it and view sub-folders.
3. To create a new folder within your account folder, click Create > New Folder. For more information, see Managing folders.
4. To sort diagrams, in the top-right corner, in the Sort By list, choose a sort order.
5. To preview a diagram, hover your cursor over a diagram image and click the preview icon.
6. To delete a diagram, click the diagram and in the top-right corner of the diagram row, click the X. For more information, see Deleting diagrams.
7. To share a diagram, click the diagram and in the diagram row, click Share. For more information, see Sharing diagrams.
8. Double-click a diagram to edit it.
